Delivery and Return

1. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Times: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping: We currently ship to select countries outside Singapore International shipping times and costs vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Customs fees and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log into your Sugarfix account to track your order status.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging

How to Return: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at sugarfixsg@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label and further instructions.

Return Shipping: Return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to an error or defective product.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation once your refund has been processed.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will prioritize a replacement or refund.
